This rendition of our hero bean is part of his transformation as an individual. While we cannot control certain events that come into our lives, we can control how we deal with them. Which is what our young hero is learning. He is not too excited about what is required of him, yet he is determined to stick it out. This pic is part of a promo piece for SDCC. It will be on a flier and I will be printing 10000 to handout. Small Press can survive and we're gonna prove it. trav and aimee |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. One thing, though, the snow doesn't really read as snow to me; it looks more like white dots in the background. Probably it's because there are no snowflakes in front of the figure himself. Just an observation.

Wow Travis. This is stunning. I love that touch of realism in this piece, a big departure from your usual cartoony style but....woah....I LOVE it!!!! Bean looks pretty grim. Wow. Wow wow wow. @_@
