into the jungle
at the old rock face, turn due east and walk your way 35 paces, through the dark dense jungle.... to continue on go here [link] to start our adventure go here [link] update 5 prob have a few more tweAks but it is done - now on to the next one update 4 adding a little background music  update 3 just adding more to this shades and colors updates This piece will cause me to rework one part of the last piece- simple fix. ok colors are coming Anyways our adventure continues - flats to come soon. trav Comments cool dude. i like all the critters you put in there. plus a real interaction with the environment, like the one stealing the bird egg.
very nice  hmm, the captain and the kid keep having the same sort of expressions. You might want to try something different for them.

Just a question though, as the backside of the map he is holding is square lined (not sure of the wording of this), should it not also contain some map elements, like some islands perhaps? Otherwise a toy-store trademark will do fine haha

Oh Wait, scratch that, now it's working! Love the whole deep jungle landscape and the explosion of green
 ! Just a temporary thing after submitting while dA is generating the full view images, happens sometimes.
 Love the cook stealing the birds eggs!
  Robbing a bird's nest for eggs... good luck to the cook! Besides, we haven't run out of squid steaks or salt pork!  The big python may be a bit of a worry, if those skeletons are any indications. Oh, wait, their heads are on pikes!  I guess that lets the python off the hook.   You've done a lot more with the characters' facial expressions this time around. In previous pictures, the teddy bear pirates had somewhat immobile stuffed toy expressions with slight variations to look cute-fierce, etc. This time, we have a full-out grimace on the face of the cook. I laughed at that. I'd like to see more expressive faces on your work (then again, that's what I love about art and animation). Again, this work is rich in loving detail, with plenty to engage the eye, and a good sense of both danger and adventure.
 Haha yes the cook is awesome!! I always love the depth to your pictures with the stuff in the foreground, here the insects and the snake are really cool.
